Description:
Special order 24 inch octagon number 4 weight barrel chambered in 22 LR caliber with a take down frame. Rifle style butt plate. Bore has visible rifling and shine but would benefit from a good cleaning. Nice functioning action. Original sights include a German silver blade front and a sporting rear. Barrel has thinning original blue turning a plum/brown patina. Receiver and butt plate are also a brown patina. Wood looks good with the usual handling mars as well as a small crack coming off the upper tang. Gun weighs over 10 pounds! Interesting configuration that you just don't come across very often or at all.
