Description:
Colt Python fitted with a 6 inch barrel, checkered walnut grips with gold Colt medallions, full nickel finished except for the sights, and chambered in .357 Magnum. Gun has been shot and is in very fine condition, retaining all of its original nickel finish. The nickel finish has some age spotting here and there and a small area on the front of the trigger guard which has worn thru. The grips are also in fine condition, retaining most all of their original finish, with assorted handling marks, mostly on the sharp edges of the butt. The bore looks like new and the action is tight and functions perfectly. Comes with a Colt box with all paper-work, including hang tag. Also comes with a Colt factory letter stating gun was shipped on July 15, 1980 to Southern Gun Dist. Inc. located in Opa Locka, Florida and a receipt dated 8/8/1980 from Magnus Firearms located in Jackson, Mississippi on its sale to the orignal owner for $449.95.
