Left side of the receiver has 26th President 1901-1909 and a bald eagle emblem. Right side of the receiver has a decorative border. Top tang has Theodore Roosevelt. Right side of barrel flat at receiver has Theodore Roosevelt Commemorative in gold. Right side buttstock has a medallion with the side portrait of Theodore Roosevelt.
