Description:
Here is a Prussian (Pre-WWI) J.P. Sauer double shotgun.  It is chambered in 12g. with 2-3/4" chambers.  The Krupp steel barrels are 28" long and are choked .006" and .032".  The stock dimensions are 14-1/2" over a 1/2" recoil pad.  And the drops are 1-5/8" and 2-3/4".  The serial number is 122668. This shotgun has seen some use but was very well cared for.  It is in very good condition with about 50% bright case color remaining.  The fine engraving is very crisp.  The barrel blue shows some light wear and fine scratches in areas.  The bores are PERFECT!  This shotgun was surely built for export to the USA given its chambering, Prussian marking and lack of sling swivels and cheek piece.  The stock is fitted with a new 1/2" recoil pad this is leather faced.  The Weight of the gun is 6 lbs. 10 oz.  The stock finish and checkering look to have been touched up at one time.  Ship to FFL or C&R.

$999.99 plus shipping.
