Signed and dated 'Bob Scriver 1992' (on the base near the lead rider) and inscribed with title (on the center of the base) and inscribed 'Special to Mike & Joanne Massa' (on top of the base)

'4 Special' of a limited addition of fifty with one artist copy and five specials commissioned in 1992.
