Nice example of a Smith and Wesson .455 that has had the cylinder modified to take the 45ACP cartridge. gun is heavily proof marked, including each chamber of the cylinder. Also Marked "Not English Made" Original S&W gold medalion grips are in good condithon, Overall gun has substantial blue re-maining. Mostly gone from the rear of the cylinder where the modification took place.
