This is a very nice Wide Awake made by the Hood Firearms Co. and it is 12 ga. with a 34" regular steel barrel. Not Damascus.This gun is in great working condition. The action breaks down and locks up very tight. The wood has just a couple of very small dings but in very nice shape overall and the bluing on the barrel is in great shape and the receiver is chrome plated or nickel. I have shot this gun using low brass Federal 2 3/4" modern ammo and it shoots great. A great collectors item or one you could hunt with.
