Description:
Early Spencer Model 1860 Saddle Ring Civil War Carbine made circa 1861, serial number 15390. The main reason these rifles stood out during their time was 7 round magazine tube in the butt of the gun, while most rifles were muzzle-loading single shots or even singly loading their breech-loading carbines. This Spencer is one of 11,000 that were  re-arsenaled by Springfield Armory after Civil War for the use during Indian Wars. This rifle is in excellent condition with excellent case hardening and bluing on metal, as can be seen in the pictures.
I'm not a dealer. I'm a private collector and I'm currently thinning out my collection. 3 months layaway with 25% down is available. I accept personal checks, but due to the POLICY OF MY BANK it takes 7 business days from the day of the deposit for them to clear.
