Description:
This is really a very nice, very unusual piece. According to American Gun Smiths by Sellers, Guyer was in business from 1867 to 1875. The 45 caliber rifled barrels are 34 inches long and in fine condition. The gun is unusual in that it has a double set trigger, which functions for both barrels. The left barrel, or lower barrel has an extension to the hammer, so it will fire. The gun also has a nice, well fitted patch box. It also has double pipes and ram rods. A fine piece to collect or to use on a primitive weapon hunt! The barrel is marked J.P. Guyer Muncie, PA. in a single line. US only – no International sales.  Buyer pays $35.00 shipping.  Three-day inspection allowed if notification is given and item is returned UNALTERED, less shipping.  Antique – no FFL required.  If your state or area requires an FFL for antiques, buyer will need to provide one.  Must be 21 years of age to purchase.  Any weapon you plan to shoot should be inspected by a competent gunsmith before firing.
