MARLIN BALLARD #6 SCHUETZEN RIFLE, 38-55, SN 31530 we believe it to have been made in 1886 32” long bbl., all matching numbers, action is factory engraved with a bear on right side & deer on leftt side, surrounded by leafy vines, adjustable rear tang sight. for elevation, adjustable globe front sight for windage, fancy checkered wood stock with cheek rest, Schuetzen butt, decent bore with strong rifling and some light pitting towards the muzzle, blue turning brown and significant spotting, wood in good condition concidering age.

This firearm is well over 100 years old and is sold in AS-IS as shown condition, it does not have a warranty of any type and is not eligible for a 3 day inspection period, NO RETURNS will be accepted, the firearm should be inspected buy a qualified gunsmith before use.
