ANTIQUE First Model Iver Johnson .32 S&W Revolver
Late 19th Century Concealed Carry Revolver
Here we present an Iver Johnson Safety Automatic Double Action Revolver in .32 S&W, made circa 1895. This 5-shot revolver was made in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Iver Johnson & Martin Bye both cut their teeth with Ethan Allen, then started their own company in 1871. The company continued to operate until 1993.
The overall condition of this revolver is very fine. The original nickel finish is 95% intact; the blue on the trigger guard is 85% and the case colors are bright. The markings are clear and legible. The original hard rubber grips are fine, showing little wear. The bore is sharp. The action on this revolver is functioning; the trigger return spring is weak.
