Decorative Pistol with Snaphaunce Lock
Here we present a Middle Eastern Flintlock Pistol. This was very likely made as a piece for tourists to purchase. It utilizes a very old snaphaunce lock as well as bone inlays all around the stock for decoration. The barrel is octagonal and is partially covered in thin brass that has been hammered into intricate designs.
The overall condition is fair. The action on this pistol is nonfunctioning.
