Description:
I have a very nice 1936 Fox Sterlingworth Deluxe 16 Gauge Shotgun for sale. This is a true Deluxe Sterlingworth with the original twin ivory beads and Jostam six slot Anti-Flinch recoil pad which is still pliable and in very good condition. It has 28” barrels with great bores, choked IC/M. Barrels lock up nice , ring well and is completely tight on face. The LOP to the end of the original Jostam Pad is 14” and the DAC is a very shootable 2 ¾”. Chamber length is 2 ¾” so you don’t have to worry about modern loads. No barrel pits, wood is in great shape and as I said the Jostam 6 slot pad is still pliable. This Fox shows appropriate wear indicating light use over the past 82 years. All in all a very nice Deluxe gun with many more years of service left in it.
