This Browning Engraved Safari is a .22-.250 Cal. w/a Sako LS 79 Medium action, Heavy Barrel (.660 at muzzle and .814 at the receiver) t was mfg about 1969 in finland for Browning.
and no detail or craftsmanship was spared. It's action is very smooth and appears to not have use very much. The ejectors an bolt end ar very clean. The bore is s mirror and cvery Very clean. The bluing is at about 99%. There are Burris scope Heavy Mounts inplace.
The stock has some very fine handling marks that consider its' year of mfg are minor. The stock retains it's high gloss throughout and the buttplate is all an original Browing. No Salt issues w/ this firearm.
There is engraving w/gold on the both the floorplate and trigger guard.
This gun would make a fine addition to your Browning Collection w/excellent results when used for both target and hunting.
