Description:
Sold.. Parker Bros. Single Barrel Trap Model SC 12 Gauge. Serial Number 233555 made circa. 1930 in Meriden Ct. Features include 30 inch Full choke ACME Steel barrel with 2 3/4 inch chambers, factory vent rib and twin beads. Excellent original barrel blue and sharp original receiver engraving. There are traces of original receiver case color and trigger guard blue. This shotgun is tight on face and mechanically ready for trap shooting. Length of pull is 14 3/4 inches from the trigger over a period Hawkins pad that is in great shape and looks to have been on the shotgun a long time. The original stock and fore end are in great shape with sharp original checkering and extra fancy grain that really has eye appeal. The comb has been expertly altered and matches quite well and looks to have been done many years ago. This Parker has fine shooting dimensions. Drop at heel is 1 /34 inches and drop at comb s 1 1/2 inches. A fine Parker SC SBT that points as good as it looks. Go to : ironmenarms . c o m for additional photos
