Description:
Browning Superposed Lightning 12 gauge, 26 ½” IC/Mod. This nice Superposed is a long tang, round knob field configuration made in 1966 and it is absolutely salt free! Although it is in mechanically excellent condition, cosmetically it has suffered from neglect. There are many spots of light surface rust on the barrels and on the receiver. So the metal is a 90-95% rating. The stock is nicely grained walnut with original finish and a professionally added Pachmayr decelerator presentation recoil pad. 14 3/8” LOP, 1 ½” DAC, 2 ½” DAH neutral cast. No cracks or damage, just an assortment of handling marks from the last 50+ years; 95% wood. Great old Superposed, perfect for your next upland bird shoot. Weights 7 lbs. 4 oz.
