Description:
***  SOLD  ***  SOLD  ***  Collector grade 1938 A.H. Fox A grade 16 gauge (serial # 303838) with 28" barrels choked modified & full in "just about new" condition. It is a late Utica gun with 28" barrels that was used very little since it was made and well taken care of.  LOP is 14 1/4", DAH is 2 3/4" and it weighs in at 6 lb 5 oz. Ribs are tight, no dents, no rust, the top lever is to the right, with a tight lock up and completely unmessed with bores that shine like a mirror. Majority of the case colors remain and the screws are untouched, the dark wood has beautiful grain, bluing excellent. It comes with what I would assume is it's original "leg o mutton" case from the same period in good condition, inside & out. Look at the pictures! This little 16 gauge Fox would make a top choice for your collection. $70 S&H to most of the lower 48. Eight far west states at $80 S&H. Post office money orders for payment. No warranty stated or implied by the seller. Consignment gun-no return. Lay-a-way is available!
