Description:
This is a neat Marlin 1893 rifle, serial number 296,921 and was made in 1904. The 26” barrel is marked For Black Powder. It retains 75% barrel blue and 65% receiver blue. The mechanical function is very good and tight. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling and only light frosting in the grooves. The wood is very good with only minor dents and some tiny scratches. This neat C&R 32-40 rifle has been slightly used but well cared for being 104 years old.
