Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 220 Swift
Offering this Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 in 220 Swift. This rifle bears serial # 182886 so 1950 manufacture. Bolt and Receiver serial numbers match. Trigger breaks light and clean. Stock has been cut and professionally refinished. Two black spacers and Winchester red recoil pad installed. LOP is 13-inches. Barrel has been cut and now measures 23-inches from the gas port, muzzle has had the crown altered and is now recessed. Bore and chamber are bright and shiny, throat looks very good no alligator cracking that I can see. Rear sight assembly is absent as is the forend screw. These screws were often removed to allow the barrel to float somewhat. Finish has thinned on the floor plate from carry, finish on barrel and receiver are very good. Lettering and proof marks are sharp and clear.

Returns: Our return policy is simple. It is important to us that you are happy. Guns must not be fired or dissembled before returning them and they must be returned in the same condition as received. Notification of a return must occur with-in 3 days of delivery at your dealer. Shipping, convenience and dealer fees are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Ammunition cannot be returned.
Lay-a-way: If desired, we offer a 30,45 or 60 day lay-a-way option on most firearms. It is 1/3 now, 1/3 in 30 days and 1/3 in 60 days. Lay-a-way firearm sales are final and if not completed the payments cannot be returned.
