Drillings, Double Rifles, and Rifles - Johann Haberda was a royal appointed gunmaker in Frauenberg, Germany. This gun is serial number "1" which makes me wonder what his guns looked like after this as this rifle is exquisite.
Chambered in 2.5" .577 I would point out this is also 24g. shell length and dimensions so perhaps the rifle was a 24g. double rifle. The bores are excellent.
Absolute highest quality but little things I note really put this firearm over the top. Stunning Damascus barrels in original condition. Both triggers can be set . Take a close look at the peep sight inlet into the top tang. The top tang to trigger plate pin is hidden underneath it!
