Description:
Serial #534571, .38 Special, 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1927-made gun that retains about 95-97% of the original factory blue finish with a mild turn-ring, silvering along some of the high edges and projections, and an area of bright fading on the right side of the muzzle. The lock-up is tight and the action works flawlessly. The Colt medallion, checkered walnut grips rate fine condition with some scattered handling marks and some light flattening of the points. This is a very nice example of a desirable, short-barreled Army Special, and rates fine-excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
