Description:
12 gauge, 30″ Chromox fluid steel barrels, 2 1/2″ chambers. Chokes measure .048 right and .049 left. Full length matted rib with a single ivory bead. Bores are bright and shiny. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full capped pistol grip buttstock, checkered in two point pattern. 14” length of pull to front trigger over a smashed recoil pad. Splinter forearm checkered in two point pattern. Receiver is lightly scroll engraved and is marked Ansley H. Fox on both sides. Condition: Barrels retain 98% original blue with various light handling marks and freckling. Frame retains 40% original color. Floorplate retains 30% original color. Trigger guard retains 95% original bluing. Forearm iron retains original color on the inside only. Buttstock has been sanded, re-oiled and has various light handling marks throughout. Forearm retains much of it’s original finish with some light handling marks. Drop at comb: 1 1/2”, Drop at heel: 2 1/2”, Weight: 8.4 lbs. Mechanics are excellent. Made in Philadelphia, PA.
