REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, N.Y. ELLIOT'S PATENT DEC. 12th 1865. The Remington Derringer was made only in .41 short rimfire. The pistol has an even gray patina and the action if fully functional and very strong. The derringer is cased with 14 UMC 41 rimfire cartridges, five poker chips and a pair of early dice.
