Colt. Model 1855 Cased Side hammer percussion revolver. Cal. 28. 3 ½” octagon barrel with a brown bore. This is a nice little brown cased Root. The one piece walnut grips rate very nice. The revolver comes in wonderful walnut casing which is lined in blue velvet. The case includes a very nice Eagle flask, an Ely cap tin and the key to the case. The condition of the pistol is nice even brown finish. The action is crisp. This is completely honest cased 1855 root. Serial # 7644. Call Gordon Barlow at 540-448-0344 $30.00 insured shipping.
