SOLD A beautiful and petite carriage clock made by the Chelsea Clock Co. of Boston Mass. exclusively for Tiffany & Co. of New York. The serial number on the back plate dates this Carriage clock to 1908 or 1909. The clock needs to be serviced and cleaned...presently not running but the whole clock works are there and have not been tampered with. Brass case with swivel bale carry handle and beveled glass panels. Some of the gold gilding remains also. The back entrance door needs a slight repair also as one of the pins in the hinge is missing. Key wind with a standard Chelsea Clock key. The clock face is porcelain, Arabic numerals with black enameled lettering. Retailer marked, very prominently, in large black enamel lettering at the bottom is "Tiffany & Co. New York". The beveled glass on the back door also has a small chip in the corner. A great clock to have serviced by Chelsea and would be a great piece for display at home, office, game room or on your favorite pleasure boat USPS Priority mail is 15.00
