Description:
S&W K-22 Masterpiece. This vintage 1948, sn# K 3685x 5 screw sports a 6" barrel with tappered rib. Adjustible rear sight with partridge front. Checkered walnut grips are numbered to the gun and show some chips from many good years of use. All the numbers match on this shooter. The gun shows bluing loss from years spent in and out of the holster that comes with it. The action is crisp, lock up tight and the bore and cylinder bright, shiny and sharp. This K-22 has been well used and well cared for owned by a former Coconino (AZ) Co Sheriff. If you are looking for a great old shooter, this just may be it. Rates GOOD.
