Description:
Factory Winchester Model 21 20 gauge with rare 30″ barrels, 3″ chambers.
The Winchester Cody records less than seven of these field grade Model 21s were made with 30" barrels and 3" chambers.
This is the only Factory Vent Rib we have ever seen on a 20ga with 30" barrels, This gun Letters!
Chokes are both marked FULL and both measure .023. Full length square post ventilated rib with dual silver beads. Bores are bright and shiny. Single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Monte Carlo pistol grip stock checkered in two point pattern with a 14 1/2” length of pull over an original Winchester recoil pad. Beavertail forearm with roll type release checkered in “Diamond” pattern. Condition: Completely original. Barrels retain 97% bluing with light handling marks throughout. Receiver retains 80-85% bluing. Floorplate retains 20% bluing. Trigger guard retains 70% bluing. Forend iron retains 80% bluing. The wood retains much of its original finish with light handling marks throughout. Drop at comb: 1 1/2”. Drop at heel (back of MC): 1 1/2”. Weight: 7.1 lbs. Mechanics are excellent.
