Description:
38 WCF caliber. Standard rifle configuration with 24 inch octagon barrel and full length mag tube with crescent butt plate. Metal surfaces are mostly a plum/brown patina. Bore has visible rifling with scattered light pitting. Action is a little sluggish. The extra figured wood is the best part of this rifle. Fits well and looks good. A decent looking example of "the gun that won the west" that won't break the bank.
