SALE PENDING A fine original 1st Generation Colt Frontier Six-Shooter with the etched panel still remaining and readable. It was hard to capture in the pictures because of the glare. All matching and correct except the 2 piece Mother of pearl grips and the gold wash on the cylinder and ejection assembly. Great bore with strong rifling and in excellent mechanical condition, timing and cocking are excellent. Nice crisp barrel address and frame markings throughout. I will sell the Six-Shooter without the MOP grips for the asking price....add 800.00 for the MOP grips. I have included additional photos with another set of fancy 1 piece walnut grips from a later period, not a perfect fit but they're tight and look better than the MOP grips in my opinion. The MOP grips do not come with this 44, the walnut grips are included. A great and collectible Frontier Six-Shooter for the beginning or intermediate collector.
