Gary Stiles Custom Mauser, .338 Win. Mag., 24" medium sporter barrel, 8 lbs 14 oz. (with scope 9 lbs. 13 oz.), 13 3/8" LOP over a pad, Mauser 98 action with FN style bolt shroud and Winchester style converted 3 position safety, front banded ramp sight with flip up night sight and hood (no rear sight), custom Blackburn bottom metal with inside trigger guard floorplate release, two panel pear shaped bolt knob with two teardrop checkered panels with scalloped borders, skeleton grip cap, looks to be very highly figured fiddleback Bastogne walnut, ebony forend tip, lovely wrap fleur de lis checkering with forend ribbons, skeleton grip cap, shadowline cheekpiece, raised inletted front and rear swivels, with Talley rings and bases and Kahles 3-9x42 scope, barrel engraved "G. Stiles for Dr. P. Fenchak". Excellent condition with only the most minor handling showing, scope with a little finish wear in spots on left side.
