Description:
Sold, awaiting payment // 95+% original Weatherby Mark XXII Semi Automatic 22LR rifle. This rifle has a serial number prefix of "T" which indicates production by Nikko-Japan from 1972 until 1980. This is the more desirable tubular fed version. Of a total of almost 110,00 produced from 1964 - 1988 about 20% of those were with tubular magazines. This rifle comes with factory original sling swivels, a folding leaf rear sight and a gold bead front sight with the sight hood. Grooved receiver. Rosewood Forend and grip cap, both set off by white spacers. Laser checkering which is sharp and in like new condition. The wood has nice figure some of which is subtle and not showing up in the photos. Weatherby factory butt pad. All in all, this rifle is in excellent condition and would make a great addition to a collection as well as a shooter. It is capable of shooting tight groups at 50 yards.
