We have a beauty of a Remington Model 700 BDL Custom Deluxe in 30-06 caliber. This rifle is in like-new condition and was only fired a handful of times by the original owner. The Remington Model 700 is an American classic, a well made and accurate rifle that has stood the test of time. Remington has been making the Model 700 in numerous variations and configurations since 1962. This model is Remington's top-of-the-line production model, the BDL "Custom Deluxe" rifle. It features a gloss blue factory finish with a jeweled bolt, a 22" inch barrel with factory iron sights, an adjustable X-Mark Pro trigger, and a gloss-finished deluxe checkered Walnut stock with an ebony forend tip and a black pistol grip cap and Remington logo buttplate. The receiver is factory drilled and tapped for optics, and the stock has factory installed sling swivel studs as well. As we mentioned previously, this rifle is near mint condition. The factory blue finish rates 99% and is beautiful with no visible flaws or wear. The stock is a very attractive piece of Walnut with some nice figure in it and shows no wear, only a couple of very tiny handling marks if you look very closely. The gloss finish on the stock is beautiful. The bore is minty and bright. The rifling looks brand new, with sharp lands and grooves and no visible flaws or erosion/wear. The only thing this rifle lacks from being ready to take shooting or hunting is a scope and some mounts. It comes complete with the original serial numbered box and the owner's manual and inserts. If you bought this rifle new it woud cost you several hundred dollars more than our asking price. If you have been looking for a classy and attractive hunting rifle to add to your collection this Remington would be a great choice. The 30-06 chambering is a great all-around big game cartridge for North America, and you could be proud to carry this rifle into any hunting camp/club you go to.
