Description:
This Model 1865 carbine has very good and tight mechanical function and it has a very good bright and shiny bore with strong rifling. The serial number is 8068. There is a piece of wood above the saddle ring chipped off where the wood is thin on the left side from the magazine tube. This could make a fine shooter with a replacement S&S centerfire breach block.
