Description:
Springfield M2 .22LR Custom by Winston Elrod of Chesaning, Michigan with 23" Douglass Supreme barrel with banded ramp front sight and banded sling swivel stud. Reciever with recontoured top tang and custom side swing safety. Custom square bridge style scope bases and Len Brownell [Kimber] rings with a Cabela's Rimfire 3x9x40 scope. Custom swept bolt with two panel bolt knob checkering. Trigger is grooved with checkered tip. Stocked in a gorgious piece of Turkish Walnut with strongly contrasting dark lines. Pistol grip stock has steel pistol grip cap, Biesen checkered steel buttplate, two screw inletted sling stud, and pancake shadowline cheekpiece. Well executed point pattern checkering with mullered border that wraps the forend and is up and over on the wrist. 13 3/4" LOP 9lb 1oz as scoped. This very high quality piece remains as new from the maker with only the slightest of handleing marks. It is a man sized .22 Well priced for the quality and execution.
