Description:
Fabulous Perazzi O/U Custom Sideplate Target Sporting Shotgun. Model MX3 - ORO. Removable single trigger group w/ gold plated inner parts. SN#62020. 12ga. 2 bbl set: 29 1/2" vent rib barrels (sn#62020), 2 3/4", with choke tubes installed (marked 725/15 & 725/20). 34" vent rib single barrel, 2 3/4", choked Full (sn#64800). Custom sideplated boxlock action engraved and signed by master Italian engraver Pasotti. Non-auto safety. Custom sideplates and game scene and dog engraved to match by master engraver and metal smith Bill Mains. Includes gold setter and two flying pheasant on left, gold setter and two flushing Hungarian partridge on right, and two gold flying mallards on bottom - all in finely bulino and scroll engraved background scenes. Stunning custom black walnut fiddleback and dark streaked walnut high-comb palm-swell pistol grip stock and forend finished in high gloss finish. Nicely checkered riband and fleur-de-lis pattern. Kick-eez rubber buttpad. 15 1/4" LOP. Cased in leather covered Perazzi two-compartment case with stock tool accessory.
Condition: Gun is in basically new overall condition since upgrade. Bore bright and clear. Action tight. Leather case in excellent condition w/ scant handling marks. Overall a beautiful condition gun.
