AYA #2 Grade Round Action 20Ga.
S/N# 049. This is the 49th. Gun AYA produced in the year of 2009. They only make a couple hundred guns a year. This is their side lock in the Holland & Holland tradition. Known the world over as one of the most reliable, and simplest side lock designs ever built. The barrels are 28”, Ejectors. Makers choked at: right barrel, CyL. And Left, IC. With 2 ¾” chambers. Stock dimensions: are 1 ¼” DAC, X 1 ¾” DAH, X 14 7/8” LOP. Straight grip to a checkered butt. Push rod release splinter fore end. Gun weight is 6# 2 oz. This is a very lively handling, and beautifully balanced side lock 20ga. These totally hand built side lock guns are made just as their cousins in London. This example is styled after the famous Boss built round action. There are two very small handling marks on the stock. We are talking a Millimeter or so. And a very small barrel blue blemish, again a millimeter. Shown in photos. AYA’s side locks offer one of the best values in the high end / custom shotgun industry. Add $150.00 for makers canvas & leather trunk style case, with leather makers label. Buyer assumes shipping & insurance charges. Standard 3 day inspection period.
