Description:
This is an antique Belgian manufactured and proofed double barrel hammer gun with 30 inch damascus barrels choked modified and improved modified. Shootable 2&3/4 inch bored barrels. Left hammer has been replaced and left firing pin has been hand made and needs to be shortened slightly. This type of side by side was widely sold through mailorder catalogs in the late 1800's, and every farmer had one. Most are pretty rough due to poor storage and heavy use. Very useable with black powder shells or hang it over the mantle in a place of distinction.
