Description:
A nice untouched Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor 45-70 Rifle which needs a good cleaning, but which has nice solid wood with original finsh, lots of original blue on barrel and lockplate, etc. etc. Rifle has a shootable bore (yes, with some pitting but also with bright shiny lands and grooves). Barrel is 32.5 inches in length. I think the rifle will clean up much better than it looks right now.
