WINCHESTER MODEL 1876 LEVER ACTION OCTAGON .45-75 CAL. RIFLE CA. 1882. 28” octagon barrel and full length magazine tube. Original Winchester Elevator rear and nickel blade front sights. All original and matching serial numbers in the 2x,xxx range. Nice markings and crisp “WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS, NEW HAVEN, CT” address and 1858 and 1860 patent dates. Very good plus overall with 30-40% blue evenly nixed with patina . Greyish case hardening on the sides of the hammer. Fine walnut stock and forend with the original finish. Working order and good bore with well defined rifling.
