Almost in time capsule condition. Beautiful, durable, and discontinued Greystone finish in near mint condition, unusual high gloss 29 1/2" barrels in near new condition, nicest wood I've seen on a 682 with a few minor handling marks. I bought this because it's such an attractive gun but I have other sporting guns I prefer.
These usually have matte barrels but this high gloss set is numbered to the action and marked the same as other sporting barrels I've owned and seen. LOP is 14" to the end of the pad from the trigger in the position shown. The stock has some light worming on the left side from what I guess was being held against a jean pocket rivet - I took a picture in the sun to show the lines. The forearm wood has one small indentation as shown.
You can see from the absence of marks on the metal wear surfaces the gun has not been used much.
