Description:
This rare and unusual special order Randall Roman Short Sword (one of a kind) with a giant blade measuring 13 1/8 inches long and 2 inches wide - OAL =.18 5/8" The ricasso is marked with the standard scimitar flanked two line Orlando address. Brass forward curved hilt and special brass pommel with stacked leather handle. This style of Short Sword was the only one produced and is not duplicated in the Randall Museum. It was produced in the early 70's A similar example of a Roman Short Sword was featured on the front cover of the Legendary Randall Knives Catalog produced by Rhett Stidham. The short sword is complete with original brown leather Randall sheath marked with the Orlando address on front of the belt loop with sharpening stone.
