Description:
SPF A custom stocked beauty, built in 2012 by the masterful hands of LeRoy and Connie Barry of Canyon Creek Custom Stocks in Montana.
A new 2006 wing safety 1712 action was used as the basis,to which a single stage trigger was added.It remains unfired and flawless( aside from factory test firing)
Built with these specs and options:
Exhibition claro with 14" LOP (though based on my experience with wood, it impresses me more as being Bastogne.The stock is denser wood,looks similar to Bastogne stocked examples,and the rifle has some weight to it.With bases installed, the rifle weighs close to 7# 13 ounces.)

Steel knob
Checkering for steel knob
Jeweled bolt
One piece steel trigger guard
J+P action screws and trigger spring (their "heavy spring", which results in a trigger pull in the 1.25# range)

An unfired safe queen in flawless condition,well below current build cost.(which would be this gun, as well as my other Canyon Creek offering, in the $6000 vicinity)
