Description:
Winchester Model 47, 22 S/L/LR single shot rifle in excellent condition retaining 95% or more of it's original finish. The wear it has is minimal blue worn off on the leading edges, no rust or damage and only very lite handling marks on the stock. Made only from 1948 to 1954 it's one of the hardest to find, especially in this condition. It's all original and a very nice looking rifle, fairly scarce as they only made 43,000 of them compared to the more common model 67 which they made over 380,000 of. This single shot model 47 has a more modern bolt assembly that cocks on opening, a genuine walnut stock and a 25 inch barrel.
