(30/30), Takedown, 24" Nickel Steel Barrel with an Excellent Bore, Made in 1928, Original Lyman Sporting rear sight with a sliding elevator, Integral front sight base, Original Lyman front sight, 13 5/16" LOP over a factory serrated steel buttplate, 6 lbs. 14 oz., The original barrel blue at 80%, The receiver blue at 55% but with a nice patina, The stock and forend with original finish that remains at 65%, The bore is excellent from throat to muzzle. The Model 55 was offered by Winchester from 1924 to 1932 and a total of about 20,580 were produced.
