Description:
This is a nice Ruger Number 1 in .30-06 Sprg. The rifle was made in 1978 and still looks quite nice. The walnut stock is a hit in the hit or miss world of Ruger stocks. The stock does have some small shallow dings and scratches but it still looks good. The forearm has a black tip and sling stud. The receiver has a slight plum color that is not uncommom for this timeframe and nice blue on the rest of the gun. All in all this is a very nice rifle with some minor cosmetic blemishes but nothing bad.
