Description:
This Browning Model 1885 in .45-70 Gov't. is a high wall, falling block action with a sear safety. It's golden grooved trigger is adjustable. The exposed hammer has some knurling on the spur top. It was only manufactured between 1985-2001.

Metal Condition: Very good. Barrel left side at top has two blemish marks where some surface freckling may have started.
Wood Condition: Excellent with a couple of minor handling marks.

Stock: Checkered grip English walnut straight stock. Blued receiver.
