Description:
Winchester pre 64 model 70 featherweight 30-06 in new condiiton.Built in early 1964,this rifle is one of the last pre 64 model 70s built.It shows no signs of having been fired.There is no primer mark on the bolt face and no wear on any of the metal.The gun retailns 100% of the original blue finish and 100% of the original wood finish.A few tiny handling marks on the wood are the only signs of wear on the rifle.The bore is perfect with sharp rifling.I do not have a box,but if I did the gun would pass for new in the box. This is a classic model 70 in true mint condition.Remarkable for a 54 year old rifle.C&R eligible.
