Made in 1902 this fellow has aged well. Just look at the pictures to see This Victor has 30 inch barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers. As to condition I think the pictures tell the story. If you are looking for a fine ol double this one is your huckleberry.
Cogswell & Harrison was established in the 1770s. Located in London til 2012 then County Louth Ireland. Imported by British Game Guns in Kent WA. To my knowledge not currently imported.
