#67741, Waffenfabrik Mauser Oberndorf a/n: A 7 x 57 Mauser Commercial Mauser Sporter Type B Made in 1912, Intermediate action, 24” round tapered barrel, Tangent rear sight adjustable from 50 to 1000 meters, Barrel mounted forward sling swivel, Correct pear shaped bolt handle, Single trigger, Non-hinged floorplate, Traditional half-stock style stock, Cheekpiece, Near wrap around point pattern checkering on the grip only, Every serial number everywhere matches including the stock, The internal inletting remains in very good condition, 13 9/16" LOP over the intertwined "WFM" horn buttplate, 7 Lbs. 3 Oz., The original barrel & receiver blue remains at 65%, The trigger guard & floorplate blue remains at 55%, The stock remains at 75%, It has been oiled but not sanded, The checkering is original and remains at 90%, The bore is good with good rifling throat to muzzle but there is graying in the groove, This is still a strong working Pre-WWI Type B that remains an original piece.
