Description:
Serial #152928, .32 S&W, 3" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, cylinder, latch, and barrel with the metal retaining nearly all of the original nickel finish with only a mild turn-ring on the cylinder. The trigger has nearly all of the original color case-hardening remaining, and the trigger guard and latch have a commensurate amount of original blue. The Smith & Wesson hard rubber grips are also in excellent shape with almost no handling marks or flattening of the points. The lock-up is tight with no lateral play in the hinge, and the mechanism functions flawlessly. The revolver is accompanied by a 2015 dated S&W factory letter that lists a shipping date of October 2, 1906, to Anderson Hardware Co. of Atlanta, GA. This is a little-used “Lemon-Squeezer" that rates excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
